Going to the Chapel - $2500
This package handles the
beginning and the end. You do the in between.
We’ll give you everything you need to get started and then you
take it from there. Shortly before the wedding we’ll get
together for another consultation during which, you pass the
torch back to us so that you can enjoy your wedding weekend.
In the mean time, we make sure everything goes according to
plan. In addition to everything you receive with the
Whirlwind Romance
package, we’ll be there to provide wedding weekend services
such as:

Scheduling of
who, where and when for bride, groom, wedding party and
family mailed to everyone two weeks before the wedding

Delivering
goodie bags and tourist information packages for out of town
guests to two hotels

Reception
layout and logistics
-
Directing and
coordinating wedding rehearsal including instructing ushers
in seating of guests and family members, rehearsing the
processional, ceremony and recessional
-
Overseeing
reception setup and decoration
-
Coordinating
and receiving deliveries from vendors
-
Arriving early
to wedding site to oversee set-up and manage final details
-
Passing out
bouquets, pinning boutonnières
-
Assisting
bride, groom and wedding party as a central “go to person”
-
Confirming of
wedding vendors one week prior to wedding date to confirm
all arrival times, notify them of any changes and verify
payments

Presenting
final payments to vendors after services are rendered
-
Packaging “to
go” meal for bride and groom
-
Returning all
in town rentals and oversight of any out of town rental
pick-ups
