It’s My Party - $4000 Full service wedding plan

When you think of your wedding do you envision a cross between the pages of Town & Country, InStyle and Martha Stewart? Does your designer couch sit in your living room right next to that killer flea market find you just couldn’t pass up? Do you appreciate details but trust someone else to handle them? Are there not enough hours in the day for you to live your hectic life AND plan a wedding to boot? Then this package is for you. It’s the full-meal-deal of wedding planning packages. Everything listed in the previous two packages is included as well as all the “meat” in the middle.

We’ll handle everything from A-Z as well as help with timelines and reminders for the items you want to handle yourself. During the planning process, all vendors will be reserved, organized, scheduled, checked and rechecked before the wedding. Monthly e-mails will be sent to the bride and groom with their “to do” checklist. Suggestions and guidance will be offered on menus, invitation formats, ceremony formats, reception and ceremony music, and design and décor of reception. Save-the-Date cards and invitations will be assembled and mailed (client pays postage). We’ll help you develop and execute a concept for the wedding, weaving details throughout, to present a cohesive and well thought out look to the event. A suggested agenda for out-of town guests will be assembled to showcase all that Fredericksburg has to offer. We’ll serve as an honest, impartial guide on all the potentially sticky wedding situations, family dynamics and well intentioned advice offered by your family, future in-laws and friends that often times confuses a bride during a stressful and sometimes emotional situation. During the wedding weekend, a calm, cool director will be available with Emergency Kit on-hand to resolve any last minute emergencies. At the ceremony, we’ll be on hand to cue the musicians, assist the ushers with seating of special guests and line up the wedding party for the processional. The attention to your day will continue throughout the ceremony and onto the reception where long after you’ve ridden off into the sunset, we’ll oversee the cleanup, payment of vendors and return of rentals.
